Peace, both within the self and within the home, is the cornerstone of my professional philosophy. I am committed to help support families in their journey toward harmony at home. I will give both individuals and families the tools necessary to implement strategies which promote healthy emotional outlets and good communication skills. With over 10 years experience, I can get to the root of the concern and offer therapeutic support. My therapeutic approaches are tailored to each client so that individual challenges can be overcome appropriately and effectively.
After receiving my Master of Science degree in Counseling from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, I began counseling adults, children, adolescents and families. After moving to the Jacksonville area, I completed post graduate coursework at Liberty University. In addition to being licensed in FL, I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness.
Meet Chewbacca.
Chewbacca is my emotional support animal that visits the office from time to time. He is 11 months old and still in training. Chewbacca is a labradoodle and is non-shedding and hypoallergenic. He loves to meet my clients, play fetch, take long walks and give big, furry hugs.
